i need something what we called a pressure relief valve rite now. coz' i want to install it on the tank. can't hold it n'more :`( this tank will explode wherever, whenever the pressure rise uncontrollable. or... is there any techinician available tonight, who can fix the pressure controller or the flow controller??? coz i guess either one of the pressure transmitter or flow tranmitter is not functioning. thus, all of the excessive materials flow to the tank and cause the pressure in the tank highly increase. coz' the transmitter can't detect the exact amount of the materials. without all of those thingy functioning, anytime this tank will exploded. hepppp!! is there someone who can help me to handle this pressure thingy? *sigh* or.. shud i called UTP's maintenance? ext no. 7777
rite now, the cascade between flow and pressure controllers are not functioning. so, maybe i need to bypass all of the materials from flowing into the tank and fragment it to the separate tanks. or is there any other options? shutdown the high pressure tank itself and try to repair the controller, so that tomorrow it can work well? which ways i shud point out?? after all.. the plant itself must be 24/7 operate. therefore we can achieve the plant target. once again: *sigh* (sorry, if there is too many sighing in this entry)
